Meditation Affirmations to Feel Grounded & Secure
Sometimes the outside world feels loud, messy, and unpredictable. But even in the middle of chaos, we can return to ourselves, to that quiet space within where we’re still, held, and whole.
Meditation affirmations are one of my favorite ways to gently call myself back home. They remind me that I don’t need to fix everything. I just need to feel, to breathe, to anchor, and to remember who I am.
